 GTbank blames power surge as customers got stranded in transactions.

The authority of Guarantee Trust bank as tendered apology to its customers over transaction disruptions they have been experiencing recently.

GTb being one of the popular commercial banks in Nigeria had sent a direct apology mail to her customers via email to explain the reasons behind the unfortunate incident.

According to the message sent to customers, GTbank said “Unfortunately, we experienced an unusual power surge. We immediately set to work to minimize the impact of this unexpected surge on our services and we were able to get our channels back up”
